Meet Michaela.

I'm a Lisbon-based South African working behind the scenes with creators, practitioners, and founders to turn ideas into marketable courses, programmes, retreats, and digital products.

My role is to shape strategy, build systems, and carry the execution that brings meaningful work to life.

Prior to this, I spent years working in finance in London, then in operational roles in technology companies and start-ups, learning how ideas move from intention to reality.

Over time, I became the person people relied on to hold context, connect the dots, and make sure things got done. Otherkind is the name I gave to that way of working.

I'm drawn to both the creative and the operational sides of a business, and work mostly with founders and creators in health, wellness, psychology and human potential, but impact is what really excites me. I feel at home in work that makes a genuine difference, for people and for the planet.
